We intend to develop the property that will feature single-story, one, two and three bedroom homes for lease on 17 acres.
Why did you purchase this site?
We are currently under contract to purchase the site and have been working with City staff to submit a comprehensive neighborhood plan with their support. We have found the site to have development potential given the performance of our other projects nearby and looking to meet continued excess demand for our housing type.
What is the status of the site?
The property is currently in the Weatherford ETJ and is being annexed and zoned at the same time. We have submitted our project plans with staff support and are working through the entitlement approval process.
